長野県内の新型コロナウィルスの状況の為、1月26日~2月20日まではトランポリンパークの一般利用を完全予約制とさせていただきます。期間中は以下の条件で予約を承ります。
・前日までにご予約（当日不可）
・2名様～可能
・フリータイム利用不可（シーズン券お持ちの方は利用可能）
いつも遊びに来てくださるお客様、シーズン券をお持ちの方、ご不便をおかけし心からお詫び申し上げます。
今の世の中は大変な状況であるかもしれませんが、現状に負けずに常に全力で前向きに進みます！

If we -the operation crew- are the face of HakuBounce, you are the heart and soul, and we would not be here without you.
Unfortunately, due to the current state of Covid-19 in Nagano, we will require prior bookings from Jan.26~Feb.20 (with potential of extension).
Reservations will be accepted under the following conditions:
・No on-the-day bookings. Please book at least 1 day in advance.
・Minimum of 2 people or more.
・"Unlimited bounce time" will be unavailable to those without a season pass.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
These are (still) difficult times, but we will continue to move forward as we do when sending tricks -- with full commitment and a positive mindset.
